Due to COVID and a staffing shortage at these times, delivery timeframes may vary or take longer than expected.

10-18 Business Days (Standard) for most locations; however, some countries may take longer.

Processing of Orders

Within 2 to 5 business days

Monday through Friday are business days.

Processing Time for Sales/Holidays: 5-8 Business Days

The majority of orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FEDEX.

ONLY THE ADDRESS ENTERED DURING CHECK OUT WILL BE SHIPPED.

Before checking out, please double-check that all shipping information is correct. 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES WILL NOT BE CHANGED AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

If your item was lost by the shipping carrier (for example, the tracking number shows a delivery exception), please submit a claim directly with the carrier – this may frequently be done directly on their website. We are not liable for any items or parcels that are lost or stolen.

You will be charged for the reshipping price if you miss your delivery and your package is returned to us.
